Pursuant to the terms of the contract between OLYMPIQUE LYONNAIS GROUPE and EXANE BNP PARIBAS, the following resources have been allocated to the liquidity contract dated 21 January 2016:

We reiterate that as of 31 December 2015, the previous reporting date, the following resources were allocated to the liquidity account:

294,526 OLYMPIQUE LYONNAIS GROUPE shares
